1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing Clickivo.pro or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use our website or services.
Scope of Use
These terms govern your access to Clickivo.pro and the consumption of our published content (articles, case studies, design resources). They also outline the commercial relationship for clients engaging Clickivo for development, design, or consulting services. Separate Master Service Agreements (MSAs) will govern specific project engagements.
Updates & Modifications
Clickivo reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via a prominent notice on our website or through direct communication for active clients. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We maintain a version log for transparency.
Key Terminology
User
Any individual or entity accessing Clickivo.pro. Includes guests, readers, and potential clients. Your rights are limited to the published content unless a separate service agreement is executed.
Client
An entity that has entered into a formal contract with Clickivo for paid services. Governed by a Master Service Agreement (MSA) which supersedes these public terms.
Deliverables
The final assets or code provided to a Client, as defined in the project scope. All intellectual property rights for deliverables are transferred upon full payment, subject to a perpetual license.
Feedback Loop
Our collaborative process where Client provides consolidated feedback. We require feedback within 5 business days to maintain project momentum, as defined in our project timelines.
User Rights & Responsibilities
- • Access published content (articles, portfolios) for personal, non-commercial research. No bulk scraping or automated data collection without express permission.
- • Provide accurate information in contact forms. Misrepresentation may lead to service denial.
- • Refrain from infringing on our or third-party intellectual property. This includes republishing our case studies without attribution.
- • Respect our privacy. Do not attempt to harvest data about other users or exploit site vulnerabilities.
Client Rights & Deliverables
- • Receive deliverables that match the agreed project scope, timeline, and quality standards outlined in your MSA.
- • Own the intellectual property of the final deliverables (e.g., code, design files) upon final payment. We retain rights to our underlying toolkits and methodologies.
- • Request up to 3 rounds of revisions per deliverable phase, as defined in the project charter. Additional revisions are billable.
- • Access project management tools for real-time status updates. We commit to weekly progress reports for projects over 80 hours.

Payment & Termination
All invoices are payable in full within 14 days of receipt. Late payments incur a 1.5% monthly interest fee. For subscription-based services, payment is automatic via the agreed method.
Termination Rights
Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice for ongoing services. Clickivo may terminate immediately for breach of these terms or non-payment. Upon termination, Clients retain rights to completed deliverables.
Clarity on scope, timeline, IP, and payment terms is essential. This document is signed before any work begins.
Jurisdiction & Contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Berlin, Germany.
